I bought this to exercise my jaw but I also used to have TMJ and I haven’t had any issues with it recurring. It’s really a super simple process and the jawcuts even made my face look tighter. I bought a second so I could keep one in my car because it’s easy to do while you’re driving around. I love this product, I’m impressed so far!!!

I like to refer to this as target jawing. This is one of the best things I have purchased as far as exercise equipment goes. I have been on a weight loss journey, but am wanting to develop a more defined jawline. Jawcuts has helped develop the oh so flabby part of my face. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, I did lose my double chin which is what i had been working on. This with a combination of eating a little healthier has reduced my double chin. A few more months and it might be gone! Now I've bought extra jawcuts for consistency

If I'm slacking with all of my other exercises (and I usually am), I pick this thing up much more often. I Love chewing on it. Yeah, it's in a concentrated manner, following the directions and all of that, but it's still a lot of fun. I tend to do even more than the recommended repetitions.

This has to be one of my favorite contraptions ever. I had second thoughts at 1st when I first purchased this because I have tmj in my jaw. But after a few months of using it has been super helpful and has made all the difference in the world in my facial muscles. I have found that this product works well when you're on a rigorous exercise routine since it helps you define your face while you're losing those chubby cheeks! I find it super helpful to keep these in my shower so I can use them while washing up after my morning cardio! I have complete faith in this product.
